Note: If you are a genetic counselor claiming credit for this meeting; you must purchase NSGC Accreditation fee (25.-USD) while completing the registration form and you must complete the evaluation form and post-test (to score an 80% or higher) by November 13, 2023.
NSGC CEU Accreditation
The NSGC (National Society of Genetic Counselors) CEU accreditation will be made. To claim their CEU credits, GCs are required to select the relevant option within the registration form with an additional charge of $25.00

Letter of Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within 48hours of receipt of the total registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee will be non-refundable.
Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Annual Meeting Organizing Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Neyir Seda Utugen (nutugen@kenes.com)
Payment Terms
The official currency of the Annual Meeting is United States Dollar. Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.
Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard or Amex may use their credit cards for the charge of all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
